The benefits of a Site Survey are that we can attend the site and give you the best possible advice on your potential new installation. Measurements can be taken accurately and a bespoke quotation given to you. Any obstacles can be discussed and options available discussed in detail.

How long will the Site Survey take?

Approximately 1/2 hr to 1 hour is the usual duration of a Site Survey.

Do I have to pay for a Site Survey?

No, this is absolutely free and you are under no obligation to buy.

Will the Site Surveyor have to walk through my house in his shoes?

No, all of our Site Surveyors have overshoes which they can put over their shoes to protect your floor coverings and keep them clean.

Are you an established company?

The company began back in May 2002 and has since grown in size to ten members of staff. We pride ourselves in being a small company as we do not want to be a company that gets too large and in turn, looses that personal touch. We have many engineers who work for us (past and present) who regularly say that one of the great things they find about Complete Cooling is that it is more like a family environment than a workplace due to this, they are appreciated for what they do and they are not just a number.
