Routine commercial cold room maintenance protects your investment, keeping your system running efficiently and preventing costly breakages.
Preventative maintenance will help you reduce your energy bills and extend the life of equipment and parts, so that your system continues to operate at its optimum. Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) also helps avoid premature system replacement and costly (and unnecessary) breakdowns.
Delivering unparalleled expertise and access to cutting-edge technology, for all your air conditioning needs.
“At Complete Cooling Services, we provide a seamless service when it comes to your air conditioning and refrigeration installations, maintenance and repairs.”
To help mitigate the risk costly breakdowns and repairs, planned preventative maintenance is critical. With the correct PPM plan, you can achieve the following:
PPM helps to identify minor issues before they become major problems, reducing wear and tear on the units.
Keeping the system in peak operating condition reduces energy consumption and prevents unexpected breakdowns.
Maintain consistent performance and good indoor air quality with PPM for a healthier and cleaner indoor environment.

For an Air Conditioning System which is simply what we call a 'Single Split System' (that is one indoor unit connected to one outdoor unit) prices start from £ 45 plus VAT.
For an Air Conditioning System which is simply what we call a 'Single Split System' (that is one indoor unit connected to one outdoor unit) we would be looking at between 3/4-1 hr in total.
There are many checks that are carried out during a Planned Preventative maintenance visit. The air filters are removed and cleaned, along with the outdoor heat exchanger (These are some of the most important things that require doing but are frequently overlooked).
We check the indoor/outdoor unit's refrigeration pipework and mechanical connections for signs of refrigerant leaks or oil. Interconnecting cables are checked for termination and tightness.
Drains are inspected and tested (Pumps included should they be applicable). Indoor/outdoor heat exchanger/s are inspected for signs of blockage along with the indoor fan blade/s.
Communications are tested along with any historical alarm codes stored within the controller unit. The system is tested for performance and must meet certain criteria to be deemed sufficiently operational.
Any recommendations are reported on the Engineer's Worksheet which is emailed directly to the client to read and action any necessary improvements should the client see fit and wish to proceed.
Domestic Installations - We would advise a Planned Preventative Maintenance visit every 12 months. If the system is used an a more frequent basis then this should be increased to every 6 months.
Commercial Installations - We would advise that your system/s are serviced every 6 months to ensure peace of mind and to maximise your return on your investment.
Another key reason to have your systems maintained is to ensure you maintain your Manufacturers' Parts Warranty which can be invalidated should a lack of maintenance occur.
It is also beneficial as the earlier any problems are identified with your system/s means that any damage potentially caused can be minimised and in most cases eradicated totally.

Neglecting commercial system PPM can result in increased power consumption and inefficient cooling. Compromising on both can be costly and uncomfortable when using your units.
Without a PPM plan, your commercial system is vulnerable to increased stress on its vital components and can potentially lead to premature wear and costly breakdowns of your unit.
Failure to implement regular commercial unit PPM can result in frequent system breakdowns and eventual system failure that can incur significant repair costs that could have been prevented.
Whether it's time for brand-new air conditioning installation, regular maintenance or repairs to fix your broken AC, Complete Cooling Services has exceptional experience and expertise. Request a free survey and quote to discuss your next steps with a member of our friendly engineer team.
