Commercial Installations - We would advise that your system/s are serviced every 6 months to ensure peace of mind and to maximise your return on your investment.
Another key reason to have your systems maintained is to ensure you maintain your Manufacturers' Parts Warranty which can be invalidated should a lack of maintenance occur. Yes, one of the key components that any Commercial installation needs to know about:
1) F Gas Log Books : These are a record of the location and tracking of refrigerants on your site (which you as the end user are responsible for).
An F Gas Log Book is a record to prove that your system/s have been inspected regularly for signs of refrigerant leakage and tested correctly by a competent F Gas Qualified Refrigeration Engineer under Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
After removal of refrigerant from a system for safe disposal, we will issue you (the end user) a Hazardous Waste Consignment Note (HWCN).
This document transfers the legal onus to ourselves to responsibly dispose of the redundant refrigerant in accordance with and under Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
The HWCN is your proof that you have had the Hazardous Waste disposed of by a competent person/company who will ensure it is disposed of correctly and without any impact on the environment.
