In particular, we are official Daikin D1+ Partners, accredited Midea Mi Pro Partner installers, installers of Mitsubishi Electric and also Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.

Do you offer any guarantees?

We provide backup and support for a whole variety of makes and models of systems. In the unlikely event of an installation problem on our part, we would carry out any remedial works necessary free of charge. All systems installed by CCS are done so in line with the highest standards. New systems come with the relevant manufacturer's warranty along with our approved installer's extended warranty providing a total warranty period of between 5-10 years (depending on the Manufacturer).

Do you offer emergency repair services?

Yes, our team can offer an emergency repair service if required. If you are in need of an emergency repair, please call our team on 0800 9169 800.

What maintenance plans do you offer?

We offer a couple of different maintenance plans which we can discuss with you in more detail. Generally speaking, we offer 6 monthly or 12 monthly visits for maintenance.
